When fear occurs, a person’s energy drops drastically, it goes to the entities that feed on fear. All processes are blocked and the possibility of Spiritual development stops. 

This must be constantly remembered, and any fear must be expelled with a program:

I ask the Higher Powers from the Central Primordial Source to REMOVE from all my LIFE, REPLACEMENTS, PROGRAMS, ENERGIES, CONNECTIONS, HELPING TO HAPPY LIFE, HERE AND NOW, IN VOLUME AND WITH A SPEED COMFORTABLE FOR ME.
I ASK YOU TO FILL THE VACATED SPACE WITH NEW CRYSTAL ENERGIES: LIGHT, LOVE, HEALTH, JOY, ABUNDANCE, SPIRITUAL WEALTH, HAPPINESS.

It is impossible to clean everything at once: it is necessary to cleanse all life plans, because they are interconnected, and energies flow over each other. Also, it is necessary to repeat the process of purification, because you are under heavy development, and you constantly have new programs (fears) which are not necessary for your development.
This practice is very effective and will help in preparation for the Transition, and most importantly, the restoration of a normal life in the present moment, because fear programs do not allow the positive programs that create our happiness and joy to unfold.
