Shamanic technique for removing etheric blocksĀ 

You may have heard about the so-called shamanic shaking – these are techniquesĀ  that are used not only to strengthen your energy, but also to go into a trance.

This beneficial effect is achieved due to the destruction of the patterns of the etheric body: the zones of thickening and crystallization are broken, releasing energy reserves that are evenly distributed as a result of this practice, as a result, removing muscle clamps, removing psychosomatic manifestations in the body and, in general, serves to cure diseases.

In addition, the released energy can be just the impetus that you lack for further development.

There are many shamanic shaking techniques, here we will share two of the most effective and fast-acting positions.

The first and most important condition that must be met in preparation for practice is breathing.

The technique requires deep breathing (by analogy with yogic deep breathing) – through the nose and mouth at the same time (relax the jaw), inhalation and exhalation are produced naturally, at your own pace – only control that the breath fills not only the chest, but also reaches the lower abdomen.

The second condition is to ground yourself before performing the technique.

Place your feet about the width of your thighs, so that your knees and feet are at their level, and your feet turn so that their outer sides are parallel to each other. At the same time, imagine that your knees are soft, and from the coccyx the spine continues down to the ground, and you seem to be sitting on a spring or in a saddle – spring back, feel stability and at the same time freedom of movement.

The third condition – while performing the techniques, focus on bodily sensations – if tension arises in any part of the spine, eliminate it (the main zones are the lower back, thoracic region, neck).

Directly technique:

Ground, breathe, close your eyes, focus on the crown. Now slowly roll down the vertebra by vertebra, keeping the knees soft and the feet stable. Breathe. Lower your belly on your hips, your arms hang freely, the crown of your head looks at the ground, your neck is relaxed, shake your head as if it were suspended from something.

Breathe.

Begin to lift the tailbone up, pull it towards the sky – at the moment when you feel that an impulse is born from it, which flows into the hips, allow the impulse to spread. Let the vibration go all over the body.

Breathe.

Ground, close your eyes. Stretch your arms to the sides and turn your hands as far back as possible, stretch to the sides even more. Raise your eyes to the sky, but not through the arch in the neck, but due to the gentle deviation of the spine entirely back. Imagine that something from the area of ā€‹ā€‹the heart is pulling you to the sky. Feel the shaking that is born in this place.

Breathe.

Let it spread all over your body.

P.S .: Stop when you feel that there is enough, this can be either the stage of maximum relaxation, or you will feel such a surge of energy that you can no longer control. Exit the positions slowly, just as carefully as you entered.
