Mudra “Scallop” (In the absence of appetite; for thin)

This mudra is a symbol of life, wealth. A scallop is power, strength, saturation with energy. All together denotes wealth, strength, completeness (perception, sensation of energy).

Indications:

The implementation of this mudra is recommended for people suffering from lack of appetite, asthenized, thin, patients with impaired digestive functions of absorption.

Execution technique:

The thumbs of both hands touch their lateral surfaces. The rest are crossed in such a way that they are trapped inside both palms.

Regular performance of this mudra will increase appetite and help normalize digestion and improve appearance.
