About this system:

The Eating Disorder Help Team have come forth to help anyone who has an Eating Disorder. They want to assist humanity as they see so many Individuals who are suffering in what seems like a continual cycle of guilt, shame and hopelessness. They want us to know that there IS hope and that we do not have to keep carrying this seemingly uncontrollable self- destructive cycle!

An Eating Disorder can be defined as:

  ‘An eating disorder is an illness that causes serious disturbances to your everyday diet, such as eating extremely small amounts of food or severely overeating. A person with an eating disorder may have started out just eating smaller or larger amounts of food, but at some point, the urge to eat less or more spiraled out of control. Severe distress or concern about body weight or shape may also characterize an eating disorder’ (National Institute of Metal Health)

When you are Attuned to the Energies of the Eating Disorder Help Team, you will have access to attune others (if you are a Reiki Master) and access to call on your Team.

Your Team is assigned to YOU. You will have your own Team who know all about you and will administer your tailored Individual needs and Sessions when you call on them.
