Exercise to strengthen Female energy

Restoration of YIN-YANG balance

This exercise is designed specifically for women. It will be useful to you if:

You don’t feel feminine and attractive.

Spontaneity and lightness are gone from your life.

You get tired or anxious quickly.

There are many events in your life that are unpleasant to you, or you are surrounded by people who cause irritation.

If you have a feeling that you are “dragging everything on yourself” and get very tired of it.

If you have marked at least 2-3 points from the above, then this means that the balance of YIN-YANG has been disturbed in the direction of strengthening YANG, male, active energy (the white part of the circle). Harmony is when the white and black sides are balanced, and not necessarily 50/50, but exactly as much as some specific situation requires. The proposed exercise strengthens YIN, the feminine, passive principle (the black part of the circle) and restores balance.

When a woman thinks a lot, solves some life tasks, the energy is concentrated in her head, in her thoughts. Accordingly, in order to restore balance, you need to lower the energy down. The center of gravity in women is located below, in the uterus. But if we constantly “sit in the head”, then the center of gravity is not fed, we stop feeling grounded, stable, confident.

 

An exercise

Sit comfortably, take a deep breath—exhale. Close your eyes.
Feel your body, watch your thoughts. Just note the fact of their existence, watch them move in your head. Now imagine that all that energy that is in the head begins to slowly sink down.
If you are sensitive, just feel and observe the process of energy flowing down. If you are less sensitive, you can imagine a picture of a small copy of you sitting in your head, and then going down in an elevator and landing very softly at the level of the uterus.
Now keep the whole focus of attention at the level of the uterus, just feel that you have it. Where attention flows, energy flows. Observe the sensations.
Take a few deep breaths in and out. Imagine that you are breathing through the uterus. Do this exercise slowly, meditatively, savoring every sensation, help yourself with breathing.
Keep the focus on the uterus for 2-3 minutes.
Now note the difference in your state before and after the exercise.

This exercise is very simple, but incredibly effective. Having learned to lower the energy into the uterus and keep it there, you will be able to enter the female state very easily, you will have a feeling of inner calmness, movements and gait will become smoother, more graceful. And, perhaps, those qualities will even appear that, as you thought, never existed! This is a basic exercise for the development of femininity and sexuality.
