Useful to perform to burn negativity and fill with high energy crystal white light.

Prepare a place to practice. Sit quietly, light a candle and relax. Feet on the floor, feet parallel, hands on the knees, not crossing.

If there is an attunement to Reiki, then first invoke Reiki and then start the practice.

 Say: “I ask the crystal-white cosmic energy to wash me through all plans and cleanse me of all negativity, remove all negative connections and attachments, negative programs and implementations”.

Close your eyes. Feel your connection with the earth and the crown of your head – with Heaven with your feet. Imagine yourself as an egg hanging in a cosmic void.

What color it originally is does not matter. The egg hangs in the void on a thread that runs through it.

The upper end goes up to the source of pure Cosmic energy, the lower end goes to the Earth, which gave birth to you.

1. From above into the egg, at your request, along a thread, crystal-white energy with a bluish tint begins to flow, like a very intense starlight, which gradually fills the egg and, burning all dark spots, threads and inclusions, passes down into the ground. Rinse until ALL the egg shines with an intense white crystal light. This way you get rid of the accumulated negative.

2. Now fill the egg with blue lapis lazuli light, which will correct the irregularities in your energy matrix.

 Say: “I ask the lapis lazuli light to heal me from all injuries and illnesses.”

Also rinse it off until you see it fully shining with lapis lazuli light.

3. The next step is to fill the egg with red with vitality and energy.

 Say, “I ask the red light to restore my vitality and good luck.”

Fill until the egg shines with a joyful, full of life, bright and clear red light.

4. Quickly pass waves of pure green and gold through the egg. Let the doubled green-gold wave pass through it seven times.

5. At the end, you fill the whole picture with a pleasant pink color – the color of cosmic love or golden light – the light of cosmic harmony. 

6. Then THANK the Cosmos, the Earth and all the energies and those who assisted you in doing this practice.

7. Say at the end: “I AM HERE AND NOW.” Open your eyes.

The basis of this practice is the filling of high energy with crystal white light, which burns all negativity.

You can work in this way not only with yourself, but also with situations, other people, groups of people, and so on.

 Special condition: you always work in relation to yourself. What does it mean?

Your first action in all cases: You visualize YOURSELF as an egg. Nearby – situations, people and so on, also in the form of eggs, but of a smaller size. After that, drain everything into one egg image and perform a general washing.

You can use this technique if necessary, and when it is mastered well enough, then in emergency situations.
