Hutta is a foundational force, primarily drawn from the fourth-dimensional reality and other multi-dimensional planes. This powerful energy initiates and sustains the ongoing process of creation, forming reality in all its expressions.

Hutta has a wide range of applications:

It may be used to restore harmony in relationships affected by issues such as emotional breakups, love spells, or external interference.

Under its influence, conflicts are dissolved, and mutual understanding is achieved.

Hutta can also create a protective shield for individuals or businesses, especially in the face of aggressive actions from competitors.

It is capable of bringing a person out of stupor or even clinical death, providing global cleansing and energetic nourishment, particularly during resuscitation.

However, Hutta does not act upon the person’s core essence. It offers magical resolutions and removes unwanted influences, but with a return mechanism. The repeated use of the same magical influence is blocked, and automatic protection is established against such vibrations. The practitioner receives confirmation that the guardian angel has protected the individual.

Hutta is also informational in nature and capable of working with the subconscious mind by removing old emotions, grudges, and karmic programs, including vows of celibacy and other traumatic past-life imprints.

Activation here occurs through a mental image of a specific geometric shape. This shape may be colored or black-and-white, simple or extremely complex (taking up an entire page). Thanks to the work of Petrov V.A.’s associates, a simple method for using Hutta frequencies has been developed. It does not require an exceptional memory or intense visualization and allows effortless work with these energies. This technique was tested many years ago with seers and has long been used by a narrow circle of specialists. The figures themselves become three-dimensional when viewed—and not just in three dimensions, but they also engage the fourth and other layers of perception.

Attunement to the block is given only after reaching the level of Cosmoenergy Magister and involves the higher energy centers—the energy flows through the 10th, 11th, or 13th chakra. Clairvoyance strengthens, becoming easy and unobstructed. The practitioner raises their vibrational level by several orders of magnitude. In terms of power, Hutta frequencies surpass the capabilities of standard channels many times over. It would not be inaccurate to say the ratio is about 1:10 in favor of cosmic geometry. Such a comparison helps convey the scale. It is no coincidence that real Cosmoenergy is said to begin after the Master level, when one gains access to the Hutta block.

Like many  Cosmoenergy frequencies, the energies of Hutta require development, but they can be effectively applied right away. This block contains a vast number of unique energies, as well as more powerful analogs of those found in the Buddhist and other “classical” systems. This is similar to astrology, where Uranus is the higher octave of Mercury, and Neptune is the higher octave of Venus. However, attempts to give a concise “functionality” for each frequency lead nowhere. The decoding of Hutta began in 2001, and currently all frequencies have been described. Still, what is known to us is only the tip of the iceberg. Each year, understanding of the Hutta frequencies expands.

It’s hard to list all aspects of working with Hutta energies—their application potential is vast:

The uniqueness of the Hutta block is that it begins working from afar—from the higher planes and even past lives, cleansing the causal and other subtle bodies.

Therefore, aggravations after sessions are usually absent.
Another key advantage of this block is its true ability to heal mental illnesses. The patient’s clouded mind becomes clear, and perception returns to normal. Hutta energies can remove schizophrenia and other disorders—especially effective at early stages of the condition.

As part of the study of the Hutta frequencies, each was assigned a name—but these labels are highly conditional and often do not reflect the full range of properties discovered through years of practice with the block.
Below are just 10 of them with brief descriptions. In total, Hutta comprises (just think!) 234 active frequencies! All of them are transmitted during initiation.
For comparison, classical Cosmoenergy—its three major blocks—includes fewer than 70 channels. Even this fact alone speaks volumes about the scope of possibilities offered by the Hutta block. Below is a short overview of ten frequencies, with each description representing only about a third of what is currently known about it (the rest is passed on during training):

PSYCHIATRY

Mental and neuropsychological disorders. Psychosis during pregnancy, menopausal abnormalities. Stabilizes the psyche and nervous system. Treats neurosis, depression, manic states. Reveals astral veil rupture linked to mental disturbances. Monitors the healing process. Treats epilepsy.

LIVING WATER (DIGESTION)

Diseases of the digestive system. Parasites. Clears the 3rd chakra and removes energy leaks. Eliminates lower-level attachments and medium-strength negative influences.

BREATH OF THE BODY

Restores gas exchange through the lungs and skin. Normalizes internal “input-output” processes. Works with skin and intestines.

SUNLIGHT

Activates energy centers. Fills the body with active energy—helpful when you must stand your ground, do hard physical labor, during vegetative-vascular dystonia (VVD), fatigue, or during adaptation.

WISDOM

Clairvoyance. Question–answer sessions. Densifies the aura. Seen as a metallic sphere with mirrored reflections. Removes diseases from the subtle plane (those not yet descended to the physical). Allows seeking guidance from a mentor or guardian angel. Clears the ancestral tree. One person can energetically balance the entire lineage, raising vibrations—like communicating vessels.

GOLDEN THREADS

Harmonizes. Woven into fate with golden threads, heals and revitalizes. Brings luck, success, help, and opens a bright path. Assistance from Higher Forces.

NECTAR OF THE GODS

Activates vision. Provides energetic replenishment. Eliminates effects of depression and nervous breakdowns. Clears spaces after arguments. Acts as a tranquilizer. Clears deep subconscious stress. Treats cardiac neuroses. Effectively clears the 4th chakra. Supports nervous system. Prevents conflict situations.

EXTRASENSE

Applied use. Development of extrasensory abilities. Awakens dormant capacities. Works on clairvoyance. Boosts energy levels.

CHINESE MEDICINE

Acts like acupuncture. Activates biologically active points (BAP). Works according to intent—e.g., to treat the large intestine, or mentally apply arrows to specific points if their locations are known. Prepares the organ for healing.

Let me repeat that the names have no connection to the technique of application.
Unlike the Magician block where we simply repeat a verbal key to open a channel, here the method is entirely different. Nothing happens from simply saying a symbolic “label.” Hutta is work through cosmic geometry.
Each channel saturates the person with positive vibrations, and all Hutta frequencies without exception contribute to the development of clairvoyance.

Over time, the need to work with each graphic key individually fades, as the energy flows where it’s needed through the appropriate channels (which can be seen as rays descending onto the patient). Work can be done both in-person and remotely.
Every person has a built-in mechanism of self-regulation. Hutta activates cell regeneration, engages paired meridians, but most importantly—it gives new awareness, and that is where everything begins.
In my opinion, the Hutta block is essential for every Cosmoenergy Master—it expands consciousness and provides true vision through raising vibrations.

Practicing healers will find an inexhaustible potential here. What the Buddhist block cannot heal—Hutta can, and this has been verified many times. At the same time, patients do not experience any aggravations, allowing the work to be completed all the way to full recovery.
However, it must be said that one must mature before approaching Hutta. It is an exceptionally benevolent energy. Positive changes in life happen on their own, simply because the person begins to radiate positive vibrations.
There will be forces on the Subtle Plane that try to “pull you down”—they always exist. Therefore, if, as Petrov once said, classical Cosmoenergy does not demand a radical lifestyle change (such as giving up meat or becoming a saint), then regular healing work with the Hutta block implies a certain level of spiritual development. After all, like attracts like.

Each frequency contains a whole spectrum of energies.
If you approach the Hutta block as just another magical technology, you’ll only activate one range.
Highly spiritual individuals, however, will be able to access much finer, more subtle types of energy.

For example: the LOVE channel opens the heart chakra.
At the lower end of the spectrum, it can be used to attract a desired person or even become a charismatic favorite of the opposite sex (your energy will naturally draw women to you).
But at its higher level, this channel brings about acceptance of the world, cosmic love not associated in any way with romantic or sexual relationships.

And so it is with every frequency.
